John Tinlin joined The Mount Community Centre in December 2025, becoming the Property Manager for the newly acquired 780 Argyle building. With over 10 years of experience working for the previous owner, John brings deep operational knowledge of the facility and a long-standing connection to the property’s history and community.

John oversees daily building operations, maintenance coordination, tenant support, and compliance activities at the Argyle campus. His extensive background with the site ensures a smooth transition into TMCC’s stewardship and supports the continued development of the Argyle location as part of TMCC’s growing portfolio.

John is known for his practical problem‑solving, steady leadership, and commitment to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well‑managed environment for all tenants, partners, and visitors.

Maintenance Supervisor - Argyle location

Tyler Rogers joined The Mount Community Centre in December 2025, becoming the Maintenance Manager for the newly acquired 780 Argyle building. With over 8 years of experience working for the previous owner, Tyler brings a strong technical background and an in‑depth understanding of the building’s systems, infrastructure, and maintenance history.

Tyler oversees all maintenance operations at the Argyle campus, including repairs, preventative maintenance, contractor coordination, and building safety checks. His hands‑on expertise and familiarity with the property ensure continuity, reliability, and a smooth transition as TMCC integrates the Argyle building into its growing community portfolio.

Known for his practical skill set, responsiveness, and commitment to keeping the facility running efficiently, Tyler plays a key role in supporting tenants, staff, and the daily operations of the Argyle site.

Rhonda Gilchrist is the Executive Director of The Mount Community Centre (TMCC), bringing over 13 years of non-profit leadership experience to her passion for poverty reduction, food security, and affordable housing solutions. Her background includes business administration, operational management, community development, and fundraising. Having actively volunteered with local initiatives such as Peterborough Action for Tiny Homes (PATH), Rhonda is deeply committed to empowering low-income community members and leading TMCC’s ambitious initiatives from expanding affordable housing models to maximizing site developments; building a stronger, more inclusive Peterborough.
