The Boardroom Package
Weekend
This package allows for full use of the boardroom! It includes 3 hours for your event, with additional time available.
$150.00 + HST for 3 hours
Additional Time: $50.00/hour + HST
Multipurpose Options
On weekdays from 8am - 4pm the boardroom rents at an hourly rate of $25 + HST, after hours and on weekends, the rent is $50 + HST per hour. For holiday rentals, the fee is $75 + HST per hour.
There is a minimum 3-hour rental for hours, weekends, and holidays.
Capacity & Setup
Standard Setup:
14 guests at the boardroom table, plus additional seating for 8 guests around the room (22 guests maximum).

A 41″ TV is available for guests to connect their devices for presentations.
