This lovely 1,520 sq. foot space (excluding a raised platform area at the front) is ideal for meetings, receptions, celebrations, and other events.

Maximum Capacity (Chairs): 125 guests

Theatre-Style Seating Setup:
Enjoy a traditional theatre-style setup, with rows of chairs facing the front raised platform. This style of seating can accommodate a maximum of 125 guests.
Dining Setup:
Hosting a dinner party or another celebration where food will be served to seated guests? Then this setup is perfect for you! In this setup, up to 80 guests can be accommodated at 5-ft round tables that we provide.
The platform can also be arranged to accommodate seating for 10-12 guests (still with a max capacity of 85)!
Our Packages
Small Groups Package
(50 or less guests)
This package is available for groups of people who have 50 or less guests, and includes 3 hours for the event, with additional time available.
$180 + HST for 3 hours
Additional Time: $60/hour
Large Groups Package
(51+ guests)
This package is available for groups of people who have 51 or more guests, and includes 3 hours for the event, with additional time available.
$225.00 + HST for 3 hours
Additional Time: $75/hour
Multipurpose Options
On weekdays from 8am to 4pm, the auditorium rents at an hourly rate of $60 + HST. After hours and on weekends, the rent is $75 + HST per hour. For holiday rentals, the fee is $100 an hour + HST.
There is a minimum 3-hour rental for after hours, weekends, and holidays.

There is a piano available. If a a user wishes to us it, and determines it requires tuning, then we would arrange for that but charge the user. Typically, it costs about $200.00

Internet is available via ethernet cable for a small fee

TMCC supplies 5 ft round (seats 6-8) and rectangular tables (6ft x 2 ½ ft), and chairs, but no table linens.

Place settings for dishes, cutlery, and glassware are available for rental at $4.50 per setting.

There is a podium available for use.
